High Risk Activity:
Even though using Virtual Boxer is quite safe, especially compared to the alternative (training fighting techniques with real training partners at a martial arts school or fight gyms or at any other location), it is still considered a high-risk sports activity.
PLEASE read, understand and follow the specific warnings and instructions found on the safety guidelines page before using Virtual Boxer.
Use Virtual Boxer at your own risk. Virtual Boxer, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, affiliates, business partners, sellers, sponsors, licensors and third-party partners will NOT be responsible for anything that might happen to you while using Virtual Boxer's simulations and other content found on VirtualBoxer.com. If you have ANY health condition that may prevent you from using Virtual Boxer safely, and may cause your body to malfunction or bruise (for example heart/blood pressure or an eye condition but not only), you must ask your physician for his approval / permission before participating in this type of activity and never take an unnecessary risk!
If you can’t see very well (especially if you have a perception of depth problem) and you insist on taking a risk, at least wear protective PADDED gloves (preferably grappling/MMA gloves or boxing gloves) and ALWAYS KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE FROM THE SCREEN!
If you take ANY kind of a drug (legal or illegal) that may cause your body to malfunction in any way under the influence of mild to intense cardiovascular activity such as boxing and shodow boxing, please consult your physician (or if you don't want to, at least try finding information on the subject online) before using Virtual Boxer's simulations, or don't take the risk.
Please, always make sure there are no small children, babies or pets around your legs when using Virtual Boxer.
Read, understand and follow the specific warnings and instructions found on the safety guidelines page before using Virtual Boxer.
Attention, children and parents: By using Virtual Boxer you agree to all terms and conditions found on this page. You or your parents/guardian (if you're a child) will be responsible for anything that might happen from using Virtual Boxer. If you haven’t done so yet and you’re less than 13 years of age, please show this page to one of your parents and use Virtual Boxer only at their consent and supervision.
Assumption Of The Risk:
By using, buying, providing, or allowing the use of Virtual Boxer you understand and agree that boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, cardio drills, fitness, using an on-screen simulator, stretching and demonstrations are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES USING VIRTUAL BOXER WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OR MISUSE/USE OF VIRTUAL BOXER.
Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Virtual Boxer, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, affiliates, business partners, sellers, sponsors, licensors, and third-party partners harmless from any third party claims arising from such high risk activities.
Before allowing others to use Virtual Boxer at your establishment (any of the Virtual Boxer training programs or fight simulations found on VirtualBoxer.com) you agree that:
(b) You make sure that they (or their parents/legal guardian) understand that they are participating in a high-risk activity and assume the risk of death or other personal injury, and
(c) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Virtual Boxer, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, affiliates, business partners, sellers, sponsors, licensors, and third-party partners harmless from any claims made by the users arising from their use or misuse of Virtual Boxer.
Results will vary: Virtual Boxer, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, affiliates, business partners, sellers, sponsors, licensors, and third-party partners cannot assure your success with this program. Results will vary and are affected by many factors such as your age, your health, your diet, your sleep habits, how talented you are, how intelligent you are and the total time spent learning and training with Virtual Boxer. Your enthusiasm, expectations, motivation and aspirations will affect your advancement and success as well.
Self-Confidence: “belief in yourself and your abilities”. (Google, Web definitions.)
Although the boosts in self-confidence and in fighting skills that are promised to Virtual Boxer’s users are definitely doable and achievable, don’t expect to become super confident and ultra skillful in a very short amount of time. Some users get it quickly and some users just need more time. Sometimes A LOT MORE TIME. Like written above, results WILL VARY and are affected by many factors.
The same thing applies to becoming less attractive to bullies and the like or becoming MORE attractive to the opposite sex by raising your self-confidence. For some people, the boost in their self-confidence may come quickly, but it’s usually not a short process; so don’t get too over confident too fast with anyone because that may get you in trouble.
Another very important thing to keep in mind is that after a short while (even a week) without training YOU WILL LOSE SOME OF YOUR SKILLS. It's not just with Virtual Boxer, but it actually applies to every martial arts training. If you take a break, even a short one, you will start losing it. The longer the break is, the more skill and abilities you will lose! For example, let's say you worked hard to become a black belt in Karate and then took a year off. The next time you'll fight without preparation, you will be EXTREMELY disappointed of yourself. You will fight like a blue belt (for example) and you'll get tired a lot sooner than you've expected... Not training for even a week or two will also affect your advancement and will also take your skills and cardio back in time. That's why it's important to train every day, even a little bit, so you'll not only keep what you've worked hard to achieve, but so you'll also advance and become better at it. So keep this in mind and try to never forget this little fact.
The content on VirtualBoxer.com and on Virtual Boxer - the program (including the two southpaw versions):
While we at Virtual Boxer strive to make the information here as timely and accurate as possible, we make no claims, promises, or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of this site and training programs, and expressly disclaim liability for errors and omissions in the contents of this site and training programs.
Although Virtual Boxer and the two southpaw versions are all useful training programs that cover most (not all) of what’s important in boxing, it cannot possibly cover ALL of martial arts' hand attack techniques that exist; therefore, on the streets (or anywhere actually), if god forbid you get into a fight, you may encounter other techniques, strikes, styles, kicks, takedowns, submissions, multiple attackers or even weapons that you haven't seen in Virtual Boxer and that you may not recognize or be used to. This also includes dirty or illegal moves. The possibilities to harm a person are almost endless and the best way to stay safe is to stay at home…
That’s why although Virtual Boxer is a legit training tool for boxing, it is strongly recommended for street survival purposes to also take self-defense lessons (preferably Krav-Maga and MMA) in a certified martial arts school and not only count on the boxing skills that you gain by using Virtual Boxer.
Virtual Boxer is just a training tool and it works best in addition to real life martial arts training in a fight gym/martial arts school and it reinforces and complements its effectiveness.
(For a complete list of benefits and advantages Virtual Boxer gives its users as a legit boxing training tool, see the benefits page.)
Even though using Virtual Boxer is not recommended as a substitute for help from a licensed professional, using it, learning from it and training with it exclusively, is DEFINITELY BETTER for your survival, health and confidence than doing nothing at all!
Another thing: Although I (Virtual Boxer's creator) tried to simulate a very standard boxing match, (plus a few more popular hand strikes like elbows and superman punches etc. that you might encounter in street fights), what you get in the simulations is still MY STYLE of boxing and when you'll fight a different boxer you will probably encounter a slightly different style than mine. Every fighter has his own style and is slightly different. That's another reason why you should visit a martial arts gym/school and experience sparring with other boxers/fighters.

Automatic connections to the Internet: All Virtual Boxer's programs will cause your computer to automatically communicate via internet connection with its server for the purpose of retrieving a top banner, informing you with other Virtual Boxer products.
In the event that you have a dispute or a problem with one or more members or users of the site or any of our products, you hereby irrevocably release VirtualBoxer.com, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, affiliates, business partners, sellers, sponsors, licensors, and third-party partners from any claims, demands, or damages, direct or consequential, of any kind, known or unknown, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of, related to, or in connection with any such dispute.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Virtual Boxer or Virtual Boxer Southpaw, we will be happy to accept a return within the specified time period for a full refund. In no event shall Virtual Boxer's liability exceed the value of the products sold.
You don’t have to be an adult in order to use Virtual Boxer, just like you can be a child and still be legally allowed to learn self defense in a martial arts school, but in order to use Virtual Boxer you DO need to understand and agree to, that using techniques learned and practiced in the Virtual Boxer programs and in VirtualBoxer.com are (if not only for home entertainment purposes) FOR SELF DEFENSE ONLY and should NEVER be used for anything but: a. self-defense and/or b. participating in legal combat sports-competitions and/or c. practicing techniques under professional supervision in a certified martial arts school.
Minimum age recommended for using Virtual Boxer: 13 years old.
Children under the age of 13 must have a responsible adult near them when using Virtual Boxer, making sure they practice safely according to the safety guidelines found HERE. Virtual Boxer, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, affiliates, business partners, sellers, sponsors, licensors, and third-party partners will not take any responsibility for any injury or damage that may happen to any property, pets or persons from using Virtual Boxer irresponsibly and incorrectly AND/OR responsibly and correctly. Please make sure that anyone using the free content found on VirtualBoxer.com or the content found in the full programs reads and understands the content of our safety guidelines.
If you DON’T think your child is mature enough to use Virtual Boxer without hurting him/herself, other people, pets or property – do not allow him or her to use it!
There is no maximum age for using Virtual Boxer, but if due to a health issue you may have, like a heart condition for example (but not only) you think you cannot handle the intense body workout that Virtual Boxer demands, you must ask your physician for his/her permission and professional advice before engaging in such activities. Please make sure you read and understand the content of our safety guidelines.

VirtualBoxer.com contains, among its own produced original videos, other creators’ videos that were legally embedded on its pages. The ads on those videos belong to the owners of the videos and have nothing to do with Virtual Boxer and its operators. If you have any problem with those ads, then close them or don’t watch the videos…
Also, VirtualBoxer.com’s website operators did their best to embed clean and legal videos that belong to the owners of the rights, (for example the music videos belong to the record companies and the boxing lessons videos belong to the trainers who created them), but we cannot promise that all of the videos were uploaded by the owners of the rights and the responsibility of uploading an illegal video belongs to the uploader and he needs to be reported to and handled by YouTube.com.
If you see an illegal video embedded on any of our pages and you want to report it, you may contact us HERE and we’ll consider removing it from our pages; or you can report it to YouTube.com and they’ll decide how to handle the situation.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Embedded Fight Videos:
The owners of VirtualBoxer.com have decided that in order to please their visitors and make them more knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the sports of boxing and professional fighting there should be a page containing a huge collection of exciting fights so they can watch and enjoy.
This collection contains Mixed Martial Arts fights, Boxing fights and Muay-Thai/Kickboxing fights.
Please, do not try any of the things or techniques that you might have learned from those fight videos at home or on your friends or people in general, unless it's for a. self-defense purposes, b. legal combat sports competitions and c. training - under the supervision of a professional instructor or crew! Those videos in general do not contain illegal techniques and moves and are meant for entertainment purposes only!
About Embedded Street Fight Videos:
The owners of VirtualBoxer.com have decided that in order to open the eyes of their visitors to some (not all) of the things that they might encounter on the streets, there should be some street fight videos on a page on VirtualBoxer.com.
Those videos prove the importance of learning self-defense techniques and are not there to support or encourage anyone to engage in such potentially dangerous activities.
Since bullying and street fights happen in front of everybody’s eyes even as early as in kindergarten age, the owners of VirtualBoxer.com have decided that it’s not inappropriate to embed such videos on the website’s pages to show dangerously innocent people what naturally happens every day in real life wherever there are people around the world. (Stabbings, murders, the use of hot weapons and other atrocities and evil inhuman behaviors are NOT included! The videos that we’ve embedded are just regular street fights and behaviors!)
By agreeing to use the content of this website you declare that you agree to all of the rules, conditions and terms found on this page and VirtualBoxer.com, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, affiliates, business partners, sellers, sponsors, licensors, and third-party partners will not be responsible for any damage or injury (including fatal injuries) that you or anyone else might suffer as a result of watching any of those fights. Viewer discretion is advised.
If you do not wish to agree to these terms and conditions, then please don’t use this site, its content and the products sold or recommended in it.
Thanks for reading, understanding and accepting our rules!
